"I ordered 2 pizzas and 1 order of cinnamon sticks at this restaurant. Unfortunately, all of the items were overcooked, especially the cinnamon sticks which were black. I called and spoke to Chelsea to explain the issue politely. However, she was not interested in the problem and was rude. She did offer to send out another order or provide a credit for next time. I decided to have it remade, but after waiting over an hour, I understand that it may not be possible. My children, aged 6 and 10, were disappointed. The credit offered is for the next time I order, which I find frustrating as it may not address the overcooked items."
