"It was super disappointing this visit and I won't be back, unfortunately.I used Doordash to place my pick up like I have before with no issues and since I haven't been in a while I got a few different items because I remember their chicken wings use to be big and soooo good but not this time.I ordered the 10 wings, slaw dog, shrimp cup, seafood boil potatoes and extra seafood butter and homemade ranch. The only thing I would get again would be the slaw dog, it was delicious!I think the problem here was that I had to wait over 30 minutes for my food that was already done, there was a line when we got there although I don't mind waiting, I was told by doordash and the young lady at the window my food was done and wouls be out as I got around to the pick up window but, once I got to the pick up window I sat there for over 30 minutes while the young lady cleared all of the other cars in the drive thru and STILL WAITED 15 MORE minutes. It was very odd that the entire line of cars that was backed up all the way into the street was completely cleared while I was waiting for my food and the completed receipt attached to my bag of food time was 43 minutes before I was handed my food???Maybe it would have been better if I didn't have to wait so long but the chicken wings were tiny, soggy and very salty. The shrimp cup and potatoes were lacking flavor and the seafood butter tasted like old spices, not sure how else to explain it but it was not good."

"My utmost recent experience with this particular restaurant at the location of South Florida avenue in Lakeland my experience with this particular place was extremely horrible. Even from the general manager AKA Mrs Mitchell refused to give me an order that belonged to a customer that I was supposed to deliver by Uber eats. Mrs Mitchell wanted me to confirm the order while I was in the restaurant which is against Uber's policy to confirm an order while inside the restaurant and we are only supposed to confirm the order when we are on our way. I tried explaining this to Mrs Mitchell which Mrs Mitchell said that she does not care and that she has been doing this for years . And that it is their policy to make drivers confirm before leaving the restaurant with the order when in the policy of uber that is states to pick up at the counter inside. Nothing about confirming while inside. Mrs Mitchell said that she was going to report me to Uber and I told her that's perfectly fine. That I was going to do the same myself because of her violation of Uber eats policy. For which I was not able to deliver the food which I greatly apologize to the customer if they read this. But when it comes to managers or employees that want us Uber drivers to violate our own policies I'm just not that person to do so. I feel that the general manager has an anger management problem. And within her own mission statement violates her own policies. Really believe that the owners really need to reevaluate this manager's position and make a change for someone that has more business moral ethics while operating a business. Also while dealing with the confrontation outside there was also another individual that was waiting for their meal that was told to park their car for 20 minutes and still have not received their food. While this manager refused to give me the food so I can deliver to a customer."
