"I only used the drive-thru at this restaurant. The cashier convinced me to buy more than I wanted, but my order was still incorrect. Instead of chicken, they gave me a beef sub, which I am allergic to. I tried calling for three days in a row, but the mailbox was always full. I contacted American Deli Customer Service via email, but they just asked for a copy of my receipt and did not resolve the issue. Since I live approximately 50 miles away from the restaurant, I visited in person today to see if they would fix the mistake. However, they refused to replace or refund the order without both the food and receipt, and I only had the receipt. The manager disregarded the fact that I live out of town and had been trying to contact them since receiving the incorrect food. Their excuse was that the phone wasn't working. Regardless of whether they are licensed or owned by American Deli, this restaurant does not provide a good representation of the brand."
