"We have had a few bad experiences picking up food from here. One time all our food was left in the entryway sort of area and there was no indication the food was ready, so our food was bad that time. This time we had very little fries in our food, I for one got Fish and chips, and instead of coleslaw, asked for more fries. and the attached image was how many fries I got. They also gave me almost no tartar sauce. Not to mention my brothers burger also having very little fries. I understand 99 is more of a sit down restaurant but come on. TLDR: Two stars for multiple bad experiences, such as poor food quality due in some cases, lack of ordered food in others. Not a 1 star because it's about a 50/50 on us getting a bad experience currently. but it's been enough to warrant bringing it up."

"I was glad to hear that the colossal lobster roll was back in 99 restaurant. I was very happy this afternoon. I enjoyed the lobster role I received, but I believe in the last year or year before they served amazing lobster roles, but this year they should definitely remove the colossal to describe because they are far away, even large when they take out the huge bed linen from shredded salat. so disappointed that they were a real tasty bite,"

"Politically greeted and sitting by the waiters, my family and I sat to enjoy our time together. Tristan took care of us and had good humor. Our food was delicious- the salmon, cheeseburger and land roasted chicken. Not too crowded, and the bathrooms were clean. The only reason my rating is 4 and not 5 stars because the food is tastefully processed / prefabricated, but it was still good. Total good experience."

"I had to send back my girlfriends pork ribeye twice because they were raw. We ended up just getting the check and leaving. I didn't eat anything off my plate since I was waiting for my girlfriend to get her food back. Very surprised my meal wasn'tcomped since it wasn't eaten at all. Not sure I'll return."

"My 2nd day coming here. Patience was my waitress both days. She was amazing. So friendly and helpful. I'm very attentive. The food both times where excellent. We are from Pennsylvania and I gotta say I really wish we had a location near us. Made us feel very welcomed. And the popcorn, Nice touch. Will continue coming here anytime I'm in Massachusetts."

"If you want quality comfort food and a drink. Come here I have come to this place several times, normally after a serious workout. It is a simple bar/restaurant where I can get some good grub and a beer after a long day. I always sit at the bar and the bar tenders are friendly without being overbearing. I can highly recommend the chicken pot pie, it is a large portion and very very good. The best I've had outside of my family's home cooking. The turkey tips are also pretty tasty if you want a more basic protein fix. Suitable for families, couples, friends and solo. There is also plenty of regular table seating. There is plenty of parking"

"Decided to try something different since normally when I eat out I try to be somewhat good about what I'm eating. I decided to get the turkey skewers. This was delicious. Definitely did not taste like I was eating at a chain restaurant which was great. The pearl couscous was delicious. The only thing I would recommend is that that put the pita bread under the veggies so it doesn't get soggy under the meat. Service was good as usual."

"New 99 in Middleton is vèy nice......great place to watch games sit at the bar. We sat at the high tops and had the baked haddock, baked stuff shrimp, and a cheeseburger.....all meals cooked perfectly was excellent. Justin was our server and he is the bomb! Oh...had the grilled chicken Flatbread it was superb! Bill the Manager came by every table to speak with the customers.....classy."
"My son's meal was just as he asked for it. Country chicken, no gravy, double mashed potatoes. The chicken was a little dry but otherwise he was happy. My burger was cooked well done. I asked for medium rare, I asked for cheddar and American cheese but only got American cheese. I asked for a side of honey mustard but got none. My husband got balsamic salmon and broccoli and rice. He said his rice was undercooked and hard otherwise everything was good. We received no utensils or napkins. Typically the 99 is on point and consistent. Lately we have had experiences like this and it is becoming disappointing enough that we may have to go elsewhere when we do eat out, which is not often."

"My friend suggested that they had prime rib and was moderately priced. Went and what a disappointment. No prime rib. No pasta sauce, no wings and many unavailable items from the menu. Staff was pleasant but this restaurant is on a downhill spiral."

"Had the late evening munchies because I missed my usual dinner time at home. Too late to cook, too late to eat and still sleep well. So to the 99 Restaurant I went. I knew with their delicious wide variety of food I would find something just right for thetime of night. And did I EVER!! Stuffed shrimp with garlic mashed potatoes and the house salad. Three words: DE. LICI. OUS!Light, but filling. Huge-mongous shrimp. Stuffing melted in my mouth. Can't say enough and I have said too much, this is way toolong."

"I never like to leave negative reviews but the last two times I’ve visited this location and it hasn’t the best. First time the Mac n cheese was nasty and the next time the orders were incorrect. "I generally like the 99 but this was the worst WELL overcooked tasteless steak Ive ever had! I ordered it medium rare and it was beyond well done plus had NO seasoning in it though it was supposed to be garlic terriyaki I will Never order tgus again!"
