We only had 15 minutes to eat the food, which was incorrect because our server wrote our order on a napkin. My partner even asked if she could get it right since she was using a napkin for our order. After waiting five minutes for our food, we were informed that there were no hamburgers available and that we could only order Texas toast. After such a long wait, what's the point in changing our order? At least that was a bit chaotic. The service was terrible—absolutely dreadful. When have you ever seen a JR Crickets that is 80% empty on a Saturday afternoon? I had to return my meal because it was wrong, and I took it upon myself to stand at the register to avoid her disappearing again. With her flashy attitude, she charged me a 20% tip before I could even say anything, and I noticed she did it on purpose. It was clear she knew exactly what she was doing."
