"We usually come here on Sundays after church and our experience is always well around the excellent range from the food to the service. However tonight we came in and it took nearly 30 minutes to get our food. The front cashier couldn't stay off her cell phone. Upon finally receiving my order the sauces I ordered with our meal was not in the bag and so I asked and I was told I had to wait for the kitchen staff to get it when there are 4 or 5 good size containers of zax sauce by the drive thru window literally 4 feet from the front cashier person. I was told that that sauce was just for drive thru and that I would have to wait. Don't get me wrong the food was good but the service was horrible. So come for the food but be warned that you will more than likely have a terrible customer service experience."

"I've got to Zaxbys a little later than normal dinner time... very close to the end... at 10:45. Annnd that it is so close to the closure, I honestly thought we would have lunch chicken or the super crispy hard as a rock on the outside type of chicken... I was soOO SO wrong!! (Thanks) I have the chicken Nibblerz' meal with spiced pommes a very cold well sprite... ...EVERY bite was even better than the before!!! I would definitely recommend the chicken Nibblerz ' meal for everyone, it was without a doubt 5 STARS"
