"So after placing an order online with this location and the funds were charged to debit card and tracking was put in place to receive order a call was received informing they were closed and could not honor my order. (Which if I no longer wanted the order and they were open, I 'm sure I would NOT be able to cancel so easily) I requested a refund back to my card so the order could be placed with another location. Was requested to hold, upon returning the employee informed me yes absolutely a refund will be provided...in about 4 5 business days. I informed the employee I had a free medium 2topping pizza and about $20 to my name and this was how I was going to eat tonight. I asked if there was anyway to transfer my order to another Pizza Hut so I could eat tonight. Again I was asked to hold and he returned with unfortunately no. I asked how I was to eat tonight because I maxed out my debit card because of the minimum delivery amount but thought this should bring me about 2 1/2 3 meals so it 's worth it. I was told Yeah, sorry we can 't help with that. So now I have no dinner for tonight and no money for the next 4 5 business days to be able to eat. Thank you Pizza Hut"
