"I went for the Mother’s Day Buffet with my family. We had a 1:00 reservation and was seated roughly 20-30min later. While we waited for our table, there were parties coming in after us, being seated before us. We were told it was because their reservation was for 12:45. Idk in what world do parties who show up well past their reservation time are still able to be seated before people who show up on time for theirs, but it was upsetting. Also while waiting, we noticed one of the staff members was changing the linen on the tables after parties were leaving, however, when getting a table ready for the next group, the staff member only shook the cloth and placed it back on the table. Of course, this happened to be my group’s table. It was addressed and the cloth was changed immediately. Overall, the food was not that great and the buffet didn’t meet expectations in terms of options and flavor, also a lot of it was cold. When you say you have a carving station, I expect more than a stuffed salmon wellington and ham. There was a pot of scorched gravy. Overall, an underwhelming buffet, but we made the best of it. The mimosa’s were great (although not free)."
