"I made a reservation 2 weeks in advance thinking that the restaurant Chalet has a Vegan burger that I could eat. Not only did the restaurant not have a vegan option, they did not update their menu to reflect the food that is available. The waitress also informed my friend that their were no onion rings and that both the Vegan burger and onion rings are no longer part of Chalet's Menu. The worst part was when the waitress asked my friend if she still wanted a smash burger to eat knowing that I could not eat the Vegan version that I wanted. It was the most uncomfortable experience ,especially when the staff at Chalet does not care who they infuriate nor do they care what they say to their customers. Chalet is an example of bad business"
