"This place can have the best açaí or the worst. When it's the best, the texture of the açaí is like smooth ice cream. When it's the worst, it's like melted ice cream açaí soup. When they're busy, they forget orders and don't even bother ordering ahead because the order won't be ready. For the price, nearly $20 per açaí bowl, I would expect far better service and consistent product."
