"Always first-class service and food quality at this point. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The location is clean and the ingredients are always fresh. I made a mistake with an online order and an employee was very helpful and understanding and made me a new pizza although it was my mistake! 10/10."

"Update: Jun.12,22 Since this review was originally publish the services had changed a lot. Yes, they made mistakes here and there but have been willing to fix them right the way. I stop going to the Round table location on Grand Ave because it was very often they will mess up my order. I came to this location and they did better. Still struggling with getting a pizza with light cheese. Out of 3 times they get one right. Tonight my son, who loves Round Table pepperoni pizza asked me to get some, so I order a half pepperoni with light cheese and half chicken and garlic gourmet. I trusted they will do it right well disappointed they put lots of cheese on the pepperoni side. I even specified very little cheese since my son can't really eat cheese. So they put probably the normal amount. We love the pizza for sure but how come we can't get a pizza with light cheese? You can see the pictures we removed all the cheese so he could eat it."

"Moved to the area and tried a good place. I was initially disappointed to see that a round table chain had the best reviews near me. I was insecure about the order here, but went for it because of the reviews. Wow! That pizza was great. I ordered the veggie special xtra large and it was not disappointed. They charged it and cooked it well enough that it was not soggy in the middle. We also ordered the family Caesar salad and it was enough for my husband and I to share. Overall, the experience reminds us of Me-n-Eds (our Fave from Fresno). We ordered us around the board and didn't even have to call. They came directly to us as soon as they saw our described vehicle. We will definitely come back. Don't knock the franchise!"

"I went to Round Table yesterday at the Amador location and they completely messed up my order. I always order the Italian Garlic Supreme pizza and 6 Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings. The cashier called me over to pick up my order, and I headed to San Francisco. When I opened my box, I realized they gave me the wrong thing. I was really looking forward to my pizza, but I couldn't call because of where I was. I called the restaurant this morning and they said the pizza I received was actually the Italian Garlic Supreme. I explained that it was not, and they only offered to credit me for the chicken wings. Make sure to check your order because they don't seem to care and may try to deceive you about what they actually gave you. I'm sure the person who received my order was also complaining. Just a heads up!"
