"we had booked a reservation of 6:30, and the restaurant had only a few people sitting, but the host brought us all the way back of the restaurant to the last table at the exit door. we asked if we could continue to sit in the restaurant to experience it and enjoy it as we have never been. we were told to the only other place, the bar-height tables were near the front of the restaurant opposite the bar/TV, because all the other empty tables were reserved. So we agreed on this, but when we left the back half of the restaurant, more than 50% was empty and we were disappointed that we were not allowed to sit where we had asked. our waiter was very good. our table was wobbly and he tried to fix it just to realize that the table top was not properly attached to the basic and there was nothing he could do. my daughter loved her cocktail. the house chardonnay was nice. we tried some small bites. Salad packs were good, although the chicken was quite dry, so the sauce helped. we also ordered some pork chops and also the pig was extremely dry. my daughter ordered a noodle dish, and the vernacular in her abore was also cooked. the same for the bark of my man and the broccoli court. I ordered what is described as thunfisch poke on the menu, but it was really just an salat with half dozen very small squares of tasteless thunfish on the top. will not order this again. the personal was good to make sure we were done in time to get to our 8 o'clock game. we want to go back and try again. the decor/atmosphere is funny and we really wanted to like it more. I will be very specific in my OpenTable booking where we want to sit. we also think it could be best to stay with drinks and small bites and keep away from everything that is strongly meat based, as every meat we tried was overcooked."

"Since they opened in California. Today in position Victoria Gardens in Rancho Cucamonga (Sunday 1:30). Place was not occupied – had a place in the bar area. The table in the bar was so sticky of food and drinks, even the busboy couldn't get it clean. The pekling dumplings and the salt and peppers ordered, and from over an hour later we had not yet received our food. The dumplings were ok – but the salt and peppercorns sat under a heat lamp for a long time. The food was dried and the whole dish was terrible. We had asked the manager where our food was after an hour – and he told us he would go and see what the stop was. It's just he's never back with a status update. 10-15 minutes left and finally the food came out. The funny thing is, we didn't get an apology from the staff at all. At this point there was no call from the waitress... with him he came back to the table when he lay the credit card on the table. Terrible service, without apology or answer for the stop in the kitchen. All the time there were only 2-3 persons in the bar area, so they were not busy at all. Terrible food. We're not coming back to this place. In this way, are they rewarding customers who have come true to their institution???? I certainly don't want to see their unprofessionality with their employees anymore. Many other restaurants to choose from.... No one should be a gluton for punishment by eating in this place."
