"I ordered the seafood pho and vegetarian glass noodles. I'm quite picky when it comes to pho, and there are very few places in Long Beach that do it well. When my order arrived, I immediately noticed they didn’t serve Sriracha sauce like many other places. Instead, they had a homemade chili sauce that was both sweet and spicy—far superior to the typical processed options! The noodles were soft and sponge-like, which is a big plus for me. They were truly exceptional.
Another noteworthy detail was that they used real crab legs instead of imitation crab, which is all too common in other restaurants. The calamari was tender and not at all rubbery, and the fish in the pho was flaky and perfectly cooked. The broth was outstanding, making my pho experience very satisfying.
I also enjoyed the glass noodles; they were incredibly soft and packed with flavor. I’m really looking forward to going back. I usually don’t rave about restaurants, but this place is so good! With new owners in charge, I genuinely want to see them grow and succeed."
