"I am a very frequent flyer at the Caucus Club for several reasons. First and foremost, the food is incredible and should be under serious consideration for a Michelin Star. It is most renowned for wood fire-grilled USDA Prime steaks, both wet and dry-aged cuts. I had the featured butchers reserve cut Australian Wagyu New York Strip that melts in your mouth. Other entrees I 've enjoyed include lake perch, halibut, lobster tails, pork chops, 10oz filets, dry-aged ribeye, and tomahawk. Need I say more? Sure. Additionally, they have an awe inspiring wine menu. It offers over 150+ quality bottles of wines from all over the world, ranging from bubbly, whites, reds, blends, new world, and old world. If wine isn 't for you, the high-end bar will care for your needs with the most premium selection in town. Another reason to come back is the classy interior design of the restaurant. For being completely restored, they did an incredible job at keeping the old school vibe. In closing, I recommend the Caucus Club to everybody except my enemies, and I obviously wouldn 't patronize a business with poor service or bad owners. So, considering the length of this review and all the things I 've said, the service is excellent, and the owners are amazing."
