"I can see why restaurants like Red Lobster offer diner rewards. I was seated and nobody said a word to me for minutes until I stopped a server to ask who was taking care of me. He told me that he would and he did an excellent job. Unfortunately, the manager on duty didn't seem to be circulating in the room, engaging customers, though it wasn't terribly busy even though it as noon on a weekday. The food is tasty. though predictable"
