"Being a dog owner, I typically only gravitate to restaurants that are dog friendly in the neighborhood. Halsey’s is a great place to eat, drink, and bring your pupper ?. Staff is super cool, and have dog bowls of water available for your fur baby. Food is awesome and so are the drinks!Food: 5/5"
