"The COVID pandemic continues, and our company is an essential business, we have ordered our employees to lunch every day from the local company to minimize our employees who need to leave the building and support local businesses. Mazzios had a special one, so we decided to order with them for today. We used them in the past and had no problems. Unfortunately this time was not the case. For beginners, the lady had no gloves in the execution window. She just served a car in front of me when I woke up and I didn't see a sanitizer in sight. I paid by a company check and she needed my ID, which I really hesitated to give due to a whole global pandemic and again do not see any precautions at their end, but went as I understood as it is a company check. So, after closing the window, go to the counter, pick up a pen, write my information on the check of my ID, opens the window to me my ID, everything without sanitating. Make sure I'm sanitary in my car, as I testify. She gives me my order. 30 personal pizzas... She gives them to me in stacks of 6, one that was very close to entering a car window, two again no gloves, so we deliver pizza without protection, and thirdly, then proceed to say “that is it”. No, thank you, don't see anything next time. But what caught me doing this whole review is one of my guys finds a ridiculously long hair in his pizza!! Very disappointed over the entire service of this site Mazzio. It seems clear that security is not its first priority during such a crucial time."
