"I have tried to make reservations here twice on Open Table. Both times, I have arrived at the restaurant to be told that no one has checked the Open Table reservations in a while and I would need to wait minutes or more for a table. It is very frustrating to make plans to have dinner at a certain time only be told that the business could not honor my reservation"
