"Ordered a large pepperoni pizza, spaghetti and meatballs, garlic bread, and a Cesar salad. The order was 30 minutes late, cold, the bread was burnt, and the pizza had no cheese and 8 pepperonis. Contacted the store location to notify them and received nothing but hostility and lack of professionalism. I explained that the burnt bread and poorly made pizza was in no way the delivery service?s fault. I was told it was likely eaten by the delivery person. The pizza came with a seal and the pizza looked untouched so I highly doubt it was the delivery service. I in no way personally attacked just stated my grievance, however, Nick Andrisano (the president of Ameci) felt the need to take a personal jab. Why? Unprofessional. From Nick Andrisano: Have you ever seen some of the drivers that these services use. Why don't you call the restaurants directly and save the extra fees. You seem to be an educated man but when it comes to common sense I think you are lacking. Good Luck NICK ANDRISANO PRESIDENT AMECI PIZZA PASTA, INC. From me: That is a pretty lame excuse to try to blame it on the delivery service. If you can?t trust a delivery service you shouldn?t use it. That is no excuse. In addition it would be pretty clear if a pepperoni or cheese was torn off. One more note, since the box was taped as not tampered with how do you justify blaming the delivery service? Be professional and take responsibility. Grow up. With responses and service like this patronage is a thing of the past. I already spoke to the location and they deflected just like you. So your lack of professionalism stems from the top which explains why they were so unprofessional as well. From Nick: ? Please call the location and ask for Sayeed. Believe it or not sometimes the delivery service drivers eat the toppings and the location gets blamed. If you speak to Sayeed he will make it right. Thank you for you patronage.
