"Our second visit to 15 and Weinstock was a letdown. Although the food was excellent, we had a disappointing experience overall. Our first visit was outstanding, but this time, we waited an hour for our food despite the restaurant being half empty. The service was incredibly slow and the waiter didn't check on our table until just before dinner was served. Management attempted to make amends by offering complimentary chips and guacamole, but it arrived after our meals. Additionally, a group of patrons watching the World Cup were loudly cheering, which was out of place for a quiet brunch spot. Management did not address this behavior. The brunch menu had also been significantly reduced. While the food remained delicious, the overall experience was unpleasant."
