"I placed a phone order for delivery, requesting two veggie pizzas without olives and pepperoni. However, when the order arrived, both pizzas had olives on them! I called and spoke with the manager, who offered to credit us but said we would have to pay for a new pizza. Why would we have to pay for a mistake that wasn't ours? When I inquired about the district manager, she refused to provide any information. Unfortunately, we will not be returning. Decision 42."
