"We scheduled an order at 5:30pm to be delivered at 7:15pm. The order never arrived: we called at 8:15 to ask about the status, and were told the pizzas were now on the way. At 8:30, the general manager, Leslie, called and apologized, saying that the orderhad never gone out and that staffing has been an issue following Hurricane Ian. She refunded our money, remade the pizzas, andhad the food in our hands 20 minutes later. This review was initially going to be 1 star, but Leslie turned it around to be 5stars. Truly excellent customer service."
