"I think they are one of the best Teriyaki restaurants in auburn. I've eaten almost 10 years here. today must be a one-off because she could be in the regular with her spicy bun, but not even close. I don't know. her spicy teriyaki sauce is great (like any other day I have) and her salad dress, but the huh and gyoza was not good at all: huh was hard, dry, overboiled; some pieces are too chewy. gyoza was darker than usual (old oil might be everyday (except today) would be 5 stars. had to go with two because it's hard to eat. a bit shocking, must be one-off, it will try again later."
