"Fresh Food. I headed out to China Star around dinner time. The selections were all steaming hot and kept fresh. Many cooks from the back came to replenish things a few times during my visit, which is a good thing. There is an average amount of variety and enough to offer something to everyone. <br/ <br/ The waiter was great and always kept my glass of tea full; adds more to their tip. I should probably lay off the buffets but this will be a place to visit when my MSG intake is running low."
