"Stopover in Calgary en route to Vancouver, had a leisurely bite at Marriott’s Yakima Kitchen. Waitstaff attentive and professional.We shared a house made beef jerky and bacon onion jam as starter. Very interesting and I bet a lot of work went into making it. For main entrees, we had a steak sandwich and a tuna poke bowl. Both were executed beautifully, nice plate presentation and made with love, tasty as well. Great value for a comfortable place to rest as compared to the hustle bustle food joints at the airport which has the similar price points."
