"Although I am compassionate about the damage caused by hurricane Ian, it is impossible to overlook the negative experience we had at Duval Street. The drinks were served in flimsy plastic cups; we were offered plastic utensils because they were apparently out of regular utensils; most of our food choices were not available so one person in our party actually ordered grilled cheese. Surprisingly, there were exposed wires hanging from the ceiling, which would seem to be a health code issue. I probably dine out 2-3 times per week for the past 20 years and I must say that this was the most disappointing experience I can ever remember."
