"We were in town for an event, and we ended up coming here two days in a row. Saturday was packed we were surrounded by multiple large parties. There were four of us. Everything was great service, food, beer, everything was great I gave a five star review for that night. We liked it so much we decided to bring a larger group (11 Sunday night. I made a reservation during the day. We showed up 15 early, in two groups. There wasn 't a table ready for all of us, we were offered a table inside near the music speakers and decided that was too loud, so we sat at one long table separated by a trellis wall 4 on one side and 7 on the other. We all ordered food at the same time. After that it went downhill for the four sitting on the other side of the trellis. The 7 of us were offered beer refills, got our food in a timely manner etc. When I finished my food I walked over to the others, they had only had one beer and were still waiting on food this is now an hour and a half after we arrived. (Sidenote: During this wait there was a dog that was barking non stop with its owner who couldn 't care less about it. It was barking at two well behaved dogs on our side of the outside seating area. She happily looked at her phone while her dog barked and lunged from on top of her table at the other two dogs. No comment to her from staff. When I went to check on the food for the other four members of our group (including an 11 year old I was told it was in the window . 10 minutes later still nothing. Finally I asked to get theirs to go as that group was not interested in sitting out in the cold and hungry any longer. This was NOT a busy night, I made a reservation for our group, and there seemed to be plenty of staff. I 'm not sure why a third of our group was neglected in such a way. I believe one of the salads was taken off the bill. From a 5 star to a 1 star overnight, so I decided to do a 3 star overall, but I 'm sad to say we won 't be back."
