"I am deeply disappointed by the abysmal customer service I received at this restaurant. I arrived to pick up my takeout order and, after placing my order, I briefly stepped out to find suitable parking. Upon returning, I noticed a bag on their counter and asked the cashier if it was my order. To my dismay, I was told that it was not mine and someone else had taken my order. Confused, I patiently waited, only to witness a man arriving with an order and the cashier exchanging it with the one that was supposed to be mine.When I finally grasped what had happened, I expressed my dissatisfaction and informed them that I no longer wanted the order. It was appalling to realize that my food had been handed to a non-employee, violating health and safety regulations. However, instead of acknowledging their mistake, the staff began yelling at me, accusing me of ignorance. They claimed that my order had not been tampered with, but how could they be certain? Had they accompanied the food outside?As someone who has previously worked in the restaurant industry and currently holds a position in the medical field, I am appalled by the restaurant 's actions. Not only was their behavior grossly incorrect, but it was further exacerbated by the cashier 's rude response of I don 't care what you want.
