"I've gotten items here that were made with the wrong ingredients so this particular trip I checked before I left the parking lot. In this order I got a beefy melt burrito with light sour cream and light nacho cheese however whenever I bit into the burrito it had Chipotle sauce on it which does not come on this particular burrito. I went back through drive-thru to explain what had happened and the lady speaking was polite however someone came on the intercom and rudely said Just come thru, just come thru!! We will remake it Her tone was absolutely what caused this interaction to be so bad. I would have been happy with the item being remade and that would have been the end of it however, once I opened the item to check again to make sure it was made properly this was what I received: (pictures included) Do better. It isn't hard to say. My bad I'm sorry that happened. Here is the honest review as a result."

"this place has serious personal questions on Sunday morning. open at 6 o'clock? 7 o'clock? every Sunday is literally the same..7:30-8:00 clock you finally open. change their hours if they can't find reliable employees on Sunday morning to come 6. returned at 9:30 a.m. and they only make door-slag commands through the drive, but can not make regular entries because they have “no employees”."

"The front-counter man who took my order (I think he?s a manager? ? He?s the best! I?m an Amazon driver and went to go clock in from my lunch since my order was almost done to grab and go, and he ran out to make sure I wasn?t leaving my food. "Normally this place located in Warrenton does well. However, I went just right after they stopped serving breakfast and everything I ordered regular menu wise seemed dried out and older. Not fresh. The inside inst out you can't even place an order inside, so you wait what is a usually long drive thru line to get food that could be fresh delicious, or maybe old and stale. I don't go here as often anymore. Cheap or expensive food. It doesn't matter high or low in im not paying for a tosh up. I feel I never know what I'm going to get from these guys as of late. When they step up their game and I try it again. Ill update my post."

"I asked if they had the Chicken Gordita Supreme and the girl said yes. When I got to the window I clarified again. When I got my order it was something else. I told her I asked for the Gordita Supreme and she told me they don?t have any such thing. I askedfor my money back and they were annoyed I asked for my money back and the person at the register said I ordered the wrong thingand now want my money back. When I gave them my card back to refund me they actually charged me again and then refused to giveme a receipt because they don?t know how to tear a receipt off of the machine and jammed it up. I told them I needed it as proofI was getting my money back. They refused to get it until I had them call a manager. The manager was so rude and was yelling atme through the phone while I tried to explain the situation. They kept saying ?oh she doesn?t trust us that we are going to takeher money?.? I called my bank while sitting right there in the drive thru and my bank told them it was double charged and theystill refused to believe it and acted like I was being difficult. Finally the manager asked how I wanted the refund processedand I said I would like cash back since I don?t trust them not to double charge me again. She yelled into the phone that wasn?tan option so I asked her why did she tell me to pick then. It was a terrible experience. I did end up getting most of my moneyback. This has always been a good location but the one girl said they have new managers."

"Been able to eat here one time in five that I tried, because posted drive-through hours are inaccurate, as are posted dining room hours. Also tried to call 3 different days and times to check those hours and phone was never answered The food the onetime I got to order (at 3pm when only the drive through was open despite all posted info saying I could eat inside) was mediocreand made me realize I should just never bother trying again. "I ordered my food through the app earlier on the day when I came through the drive to pick it up, it was cold. the drive through the person schroff and said that was exactly the way it was because I didn't pick it up earlier. After they asked to talk to the manager, they decided to regain it. When I came home with my family, it was reheated. that's not the only problem I had at this point. "The restauant was clean and the food was prepared to perfection. The cashier was friendly and she repeated the order to make sure she heard me correctly. Quite nice for a fast food place to grab a quick bite to eat. This location is awesome. Today is 10.29.21. I made a special trip to this Taco Bell to get some crispy tacos and it was closed due to understaffing. There was no sign on the door with an explanation and the website said it was accepting dine-ins. Check by calling first. Save yourself the grief of getting to the front door and receiving zero service. Not good. The crown is losing its luster. Time to reboot. Recent update: 05.01.22 This Taco Bell is fully operational at this time. Welcome back."

"This is the absolute worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to. For at least the last 6 months they have had their lobby closed but you would never know it, till you get out of your car and walk up to locked doors. No lobby closed signs or drive thru only signs on the doors. The only way to tell that the drive thru was open was to either drive into it and take your chances or sit around for a while and see if any cars were actually going thru it. Today, June 24, 2022, they finally had a Lobby Closed sign on the door. So when I did an online order tonight, I had two choice on the website lobby walk in or drive thru. Of course, I picked drive thru because I knew the lobby was closed. Well, I sat in the drive thru line for 55 minutes before getting my order which by that time, was COLD. Will NEVER use this store again. NEVER!!"

"Was disappointed the food was well put together together but I went through the drive-through and I didn't get part of my order. I did call and they told me if I came back they would give me what was missing a couple of tacos and a drink which would havemade up for that I did call and they told me if I came back they would give me what was missing a couple of tacos and a drinkwhich would have made up for that. However when I got home from that there was still a quesadilla missing. I tried to call themagain they didn't answer. And now the phone stays busy. So my advice is to check your whole order before you leave. Oh and bythe time I got to eat my food was cold and soggy."
