A tell I wasn't aware of.The nachos are thin, crispy, not oily, and constantly refilled. They are flavorful and provided with, at your request, multiple sauces besides salsa. My cocktail, Paloma, was good.We got Boom Boom enchiladas (chicken and vegetarian. It was rich in flavors and amazingly delicious. My friend ordered fajita and it was brought sizzling to the table. The sides and tortillas were brought first. He's a regular and swears by the food. I was a first timer and was discouraged by the reviews but was happy that I had relented and come to Chuy's. Highly recommend the food here."
