"The restaurant has a nice atmosphere that feels better in the evening. The prices are on the higher side but they do not sacrifice on quality in that regard. I personally had the 12oz ribeye medium rare with the pepper and blue cheese crust. The few times I’ve been there while it was slow or when they had just opened, I’ve asked if the cook would do a parmesan crust on my steak but unfortunately they have never been willing to accommodate. Regardless of this, the food has always been good however priced and the service well timed. Would recommend."

"First time going there with the family. Had a reservation front desk girls didn?t know where to sit us. They sat us in a uncomfortable spot were all the Leawood echelons were just staining you down.Waited got to our table and took a while for acknowledgement from the waiter. It was busy. So we sat there very hungry just staring at each other but we already knew what we were getting. My daughter kept asking when they were bringing bread and butter? Just a couple minutes before our food was served we received the so much anticipated bread and butter. Bread was pretty hard and kinda cold butter was flavorful. The meat was okay didn?t justify the price. The sides were better than the steaks. Maybe it was just a bad day to go there, but it seems like too much hype for the price for old and outdated restaurant. Overall food was a 4, service was a 3 in our experience. Next time I?ll just get a pack of prime meat from Costco."
