"This place was like finding gold at 3am after a concert at The Garden followed by socializing until most everywhere was closed for the night. We were pleased to find a bounty of options ranging from healthy to junky, fresh to processed, hot and cold, breakfast lunch and dinner juices and smoothies. Something for everyone! They have hot and cold bars during the day that are closed late night, for obvious reasons, but we still had more than enough options. We have returned repeatedly and all of the employees have been super nice and down to earth with a family vibe. Everything seems clean in the food areas and everything has been tasty plus fairly priced for the city. We’ve told all of our friends who are up for shows at the Garden regularly, usually staying at the Stewart hotel, and are known to get hungry late night. Very pleased to have found this place!"

"I am so disappointed with the service here. Visiting a friend who frequents this deli with her husband and decided to order for dinner. The sandwiches came and her husband's was smothered in ranch which he is allergic to. Mistakes happen fine she calls back to let them know of their error, hoping they would rectify it quickly and was first told that she would be called back which was strange but then they said they would send a replacement sandwich in exchange for the messed up one. It's been 30 minutes and the deli is less than a mile away and no sandwich. The first order came within 15 minutes of us ordering. Now that I see some of the reviews it seems they have an accountability issue when they mess up and take it out on the customer. Smh"

"Ordered a slice of apple pie and carrot cake. Ladies and gents do yourselves a favor and not order desserts from this diner. Both slices taste like cardboard as if they were sitting in the display for months at a time. I will never order desserts from this place again. HORRIBLE!!!"

"I've been a huge fan of bagels ever since I discovered them as a thing when I first moved to New York in 2017 and I've been to over 50 different bagel places. This one is #1 on my list, conveniently located right by my house. Not only their bagels, but the entire variety of food is something to always look forward to for me. I've had it all: burgers, wraps, breakfast food, all kinds of coffee and juices always impeccably fresh and toasted, made with love. Although, my heart of course belongs to the cream cheese and lox bagel with tomatoes and onions. I came in and got delivery numerous times. The staff is always friendly and absolutely amazing, very caring, yet quick and efficient. Great food prepared and served with love and quickly what more could one want in a busy city?"

"This store is amazing. It’s very clean. Good lighting which important to me before I walk into any deli. The staff are friendly and the food looks fresh. There is no pork in the store which is a plus for me. Everything I’ve eaten so far taste great. They have more options than some salad bars. The menu options are endless. I see people mostly coming for salads, wraps and coffee drinks. They have 5 or 6 types of bagels. They actually have lamb for halal food. Fresh fruit containers also have raspberries and kiwi. Yes, I walked around. And best of all, their prices are great."

"So i literally come here at least 2x a week i ordered 2 salads today online i asked for 2 dressings for each salad because when you order in person you get as little or as much dressing as you want the employee said i had to ask the owner which i did and he said if i want an extra dressing they will be $1.00 each i said fine but that was pretty stupid because $2.00 just lost you 2 customers and at about an average of $50.00 per week so that was penny wise and dollar stupid some people are just bad at business."

All you have to do is be competent and know what you want to order and not be a complete peanut brain. It is a shame that these troglodytes are giving out 1 star reviews for a quality, affordable place of business. They are the most efficient deli in the area and they provide GOOD QUALITY FOOD. These people come on here to project their own insecurities at hard working people. Highly recommend this place of business. "Nice looking place, great friendly service, and located next door to a cute book shop. The food isn’t amazing but it’s decent. The one food item that I would not recommend is the baklava. It is really bad. It’s oily which you can taste and is not light and flaky. Idk if they bake them there of have them delivered but they need to change them. They don’t taste authentic at all. Chai lattes are good. I often go for just the lattes."

"They tried to serve me a roll when I ordered a hero of chopped cheese... It's not a big deal for a 6 dollar purchase, instead they fought with me over giving my money back. Give me my 6 dollars please? I'll eat somewhere else these guys don't even wear masks when preparing their food. "Was driving by after a doctor's appointment and stumbled in here for breakfast. Service was great and the food was even better. The everything bagel was everything I expected."
