"We made a reservation for 9pm. When we arrived a security guard stated that the restaurant was closed as they were turning it into a nightclub. I showed them the OpenTable reservation and they were not interested in honoring it. I had to wait for a manager who stated they would seat us but we would only have 30 minutes to eat. Why does an establishment partake in OpenTable if they are not going to abide by the terms of their reservations?"
