"We had a great experience here! Very busy, but still we got in a reasonable time. The food was amazing! A bit more expensive than other Mexican restaurants in the area, but it's worth it! Good size plates and everything we've tried tasted great! Customer service was also great. Kellner checked us regularly. I will definitely come back."

"I made reservations online and got an email confirmation of my reservations. When I arrived at the restaurant they had no record of my reservation. Good thing it was not a busy night and had plenty of open tables because I would have been upset if my table wasn't ready. I ordered the fajita trio which tasted great and have alot of leftovers but the waiter didn't bother asking if I wanted it boxed up and just got rid of it. Poor service in my opinion. I will not be going again anytime soon not will I recommend it to others"

"My first visit to Casa Ramos was surprisingly pleasant. The colorful fiesta themed walls and adobe furniture made me feel like I'm south of the border. The flocks of people were ready to sit while others massaged their meals as quickly as possible. When the time was right, I got access to the VIP area next to the bar... across the TV monitor. A football match was over. I pushed the menu under her Mexican favorites and the Molcajete caught my eye. Waiting was long, but it's worth it. The Nacho tablet was well swallowed until then. The hot plate was fascinating to say the least. My plan of attack began with rice on chicken stew. It was good. The fun area definitely produces some delicious treats."

"I went to this restaurant with a group of 7 people after a wine tasting. The food was delicious, but the service was disappointingly slow. Despite making a reservation 4 hours in advance, the staff seemed surprised that we had one. It took 15 minutes for them to push tables together and another 10 minutes for someone to even bring us water. I would give this restaurant 3 stars overall - 5 for the food and only 1 for the service."
