"Everyone there was very friendly BUT, when I first got there, I was greeted by no one. Made eye contact with plenty of people working but no one spoke to me. Finally I decided to approach a couple employees who were walking by me to inquire on the wait. She responded nicely, but had I not approached her, she would have walked right past me.
