Cocktail tables are available next to the bar area for anyone interested in enjoying drinks and appetizers. For a fun date night or a party with friends, you should dine outside in the patio on a Saturday night! The live music is great for dancing and singing-along! I tried the Salmon Avocado. It is grilled salmon on a bed of cilantro rice, topped with a creamy sauce of avocado, cilantro, tomato, onion and parmesan cheese, served with vegetables. It is so delicious! You can never go wrong with a cocktail at Republic! The Peach Blossom is a classic! Peaches and blueberries infuse the wine perfectly! The Serrano Margarita is refreshing with a slight kick of the chile. So good! I forgot to take a picture of the Olive Cocktail. It is off-menu, but you can request it! It is green olives in clamato, salsa Maggy and tequila with Tajin on the rim. It is perfect to eat/drink while enjoying your drink and listening to the music."
