"I got her new spicy chicken sandwich. It must have been under a heat lamp for a few hours. The chicken was very thin and dry. There was less than a ketchup package of spicy sauce on the sandwich. Also, since this place does not allow to pick up in the person, the line in the drive thru was the whole way out to the main road (I used the app and had brought it to my car). Never order the new chicken sandwich, at least at this point, it is terrible! I had better chicken sandwiches for $1 at Wendy's. Zaxby's company should consider repeating this franchise!!!"
