"we have been happy with friends who we hadn't seen for a long time for dinner. I have chosen via perla about other restaurants in the inner city of boulder because it offers good Italian cuisine in a pleasant atmosphere. but I had hoped that the restaurant would not be crowded with loud people, because we really wanted to talk and catch up, not scream and laugh gay. we have, to our great joy, laugh a lot, listen to us strata and comments, and enjoyed our cocktails and dinners. add the wonderful and cheerful service of a friendly server called stacy, and they have everything essential for a beautiful night out. "I want to commend the customer service at this restaurant. From the receptionist to our waitress, Skylar, to the manager, everyone was top-notch. Skylar was very polite and knowledgeable, and when she didn't know about a dish, she made sure to verify it for us. My friend was unsure about his meal, so the manager stepped in to accommodate him. To top it off, they even sent over a complimentary dessert (which was absolutely delicious). Everyone did a fantastic job, and my friend and I left feeling amazed and completely satisfied. Thank you to the entire team for a wonderful evening!"

"!st time eating here, though we pass it every time we're in Steamboat. 4:30 reservation worked great for the happy hour and it wasn't busy. We opted to sit outside on the downstairs patio, which is away from the street so probably much quieter than the upper patio. By 5:30 families started piling in, so glad we got there early. The fig gorgonzola pizza was delicious as was the caesar salad. There is a pretty good wine list. Natasha, our server was awesome! We will definitely return."

"We were staying in The Domain for our wedding weekend and needed a place to have our rehearsal dinner the night before. I emailed Theresa and she immediately got back to me; super happy to accommodate us. My brother lives in Austin and highly recommended Salvation Pizza. Theresa scheduled a call with us and we planned out a few appetizers, salads and pizzas for our guests. The night of the dinner, we arrived and Jess, our server, immediately took us to our table and started drinks. Our apps were out when we received our drinks! We had the best evening--great drinks, service and food. Jess and Theresa worked so hard to make us feel welcome and relaxed during, what could have been, a stressful night. Thank you Theresa, Jess, and everyone who made our rehearsal dinner so easy and totally delicious! All of our guests raved over the food and excellent service! We will be back and cannot recommend this restaurant enough! Thank you!"

"Enjoyed a lovely dinner with my husband and father on a Sunday evening. I was surprised how many available tables there were given the amazing service and food. We’ve been here before years ago and this time was even better. Started with the goat cheese and spinach spread appetizer They have more wine beyond the list so be sure to ask. We had the Chaos Theory from Brown Estate with the Filet, Sea Bass, and house-made pasta dish with sausage. Finished off with strawberry puffs and peanut butter crème brûlée with 20 yr Tawny port. "We stayed at a hotel across the street and decided to order food from this restaurant for takeout because we were hungry. We went to their website to order, but it stated that they were not accepting online orders at around 7 PM. We called and were informed that they were too busy to accept online orders, even though their website indicated otherwise. Despite this confusion, we placed our order over the phone and picked up our food. We ordered two pasta dishes, but unfortunately, they lacked flavor and were overly salty. This was a disappointing experience, especially for a pasta restaurant. We were in town for a week and did not have a positive experience at this establishment, so we did not want to risk being disappointed again."

"As soon as I walked in it was beautiful and smelled amazing! I was so excited! But it quickly left when my boyfriend and I were met by a very uninterested waitress. From the jump she kind of just overlooked our table and was very blunt and short worded with us which I didn’t appreciate. We order and no kidding our food comes out in like 5 minutes…..how could you have made fresh lasagna and chicken parmigiana in 5 minutes??? You can’t. It wasn’t fresh. My chicken was rubbery and not even hot the cheese wasn’t even melted on top of it. My boyfriends lasagna was hot because they had to throw it in the oven to melt the cheese. Then after we got our food the waitress really just didn’t even care about us anymore after that! We waited over 10 mins just to RE ASK her for our bill…..it’s kind of like she thought we weren’t going to tip well so her attitude towards us showed that all night. (We didn’t get appetizers or alcohol) Idk I didn’t like it at all on top of my food being pretty average for how expensive it was. Overall 6/10"

"Chicken francese was absolutely delicious. We did not like the table we were offered and it was such a big deal when trying to change it. It was early and restaurant was empty. The hostesses, the manager all looking and talking about the tables and took so long to seat us. We were uncomfortable and ready to leave when they agreed to sit us elsewhere. The restaurant did fill up and was very busy by the time we left. Again, the food was delicious"
