"Our first experience last Saturday. First the good: Beautiful wine selection and delicious rice croquettes. The waiter was okay, but not memorable. Not so good now: Pasta must be boiled in salt water. It lacked taste, but was perfectly boiled al dente. I had the Caesar salad with anchovies. Dressing was Bland and left partially ate accordingly. No garlic or other spices. Entrée was selected as seafood in Linguine. Again there was no salt in the pasta and the sauce had no spice on it. There was no taste of garlic, basil, parsley, wine, etc. The seafood was cooked again perfectly and very little taste. Most dinners (pasta) were left untouched. We waited almost two years to come to the restaurant (Covid)."
