"Great ambiance, inconsistent food, poor service. No tap water, bottle only, so you WILL be paying for drinks. Our server didn't do a great job at answering our questions or helping us pick items (it was our first time and the menu is all digital and not very well written). She was kinda just there, gave one word answers, took down what we said, and then left. Never really came back around to ask us how the food was and was hard to get a hold of when we needed the check. There were maybe 3 other tables eating at the time, so it wasn't that busy. Also, automatic 18% gratuity for a party of 4 and subtotal of $75. Not cool. The place itself looks fantastic and is pretty clean. The food, while it tasted good, some items were cooked more than others. We got a big platter with chicken, beef, cornish hen, and goat. Everything was great except for the beef some pieces were juicy, some pieces were dry, some pieces were cooked so tough that we couldn't eat them. Could be better with more attentive, customer facing service."
