"Boston Market is one of a kind! The food is always served hot and delicious, everything new they come out with I make an effort to try. Like the brisket, prime rib and now baby back ribs. I haven't tried anything from Boston Market that wasn't delicious. I did a family event around the holidays and ordered through their catering line, everything was perfect, the food was packaged perfectly, arrived on time and was so tasty from start to finish. My family raved about everything and can't wait to use Boston Market at next year's family event. I highly recommend Boston Market. This is the only place you can get an original home cooked meal these days. Original like when your mom use to prepare Rotisserie chicken in the George foreman grill, that type of authentic food that is very rare in today's world, it always takes me back when I eat here . "I just stopped for dinner, the food is great, but what brought me here was the service and patience of the people behind the counter. 4 people do the work of 6 or 7 with a smile. They only saw a few people with BOGO coupons asking for free stuff because they were from the main rib and ribs. They handled it well and took care of the guest I had explained, it says, while the deliveries last and limited quantities directly on the menu.... These people are great because they just ran over. I will come back"

"The chicken is so good. The store was clean and the staff is always so friendly. There was a problem with an order I placed online. Right when I placed it corporate told the manager not to sell anything with lettuce. The manager hooked me up to compensate for the sandwich which wasn't even their fault. Honest staff too because they said it was from that food poisoning thing going around on lettuce. They could have sold it to me anyway, but did the right thing. I also love the new roast beef."

"I stopped here today because I was so often on my way to physical therapy, which is right above the street. It was a while since I was in one of those places, as they were more popular and have many more restaurants in the Washington DC area. I had always enjoyed the food there in the past, and they are known for healthy type of food served with vegetables. I don't know if anyone can remember when they were called Boston Chicken! I had a similar experience this afternoon and the food that had for lunch was good and fresh. I decided to order the large meat pot containing two sides of filling and mixed vegetables. The whole meal came out at about $12.00, drinking a well. The restaurant was clean and I think there were only four other groups of people who sit down and eat. Most importantly, the food was great, and I will have to make it a Piint to come back here before my therapy sessions are completed."

"I love this place. The chicken is tender and the side are all perfect.. spinach and cheese ,mash potatoes, mac and cheese and more... I always go there after the gym and get the 3 piece dark chicken and a double side of sweet potatoes with brown sugar and marshmallow.. it's the perfect post workout meal... Protein, carbs to replenish glycogen stores plus the brown sugar for an insulin spike to shuttle it all directly into the muscle.. also every minute counts post workout and it's right next door to LA fit.. perfect set up..... The Staff are the best here, they work hard and look good at the same time."

"I don't know why the Boston market sends coupons. The last second time I brought my wife here, they wouldn't honor the coupons sent to her. Half the time you came for is not available. Cream spinach etc. I think this is not a way to keep clientele. Thank you, but no thanks. I work very hard for my money. I won't protect this facility anymore. "Nasty Asian woman runs this deli. Ordered 2 breakfast bagels for my trip down the shore. Took a bite and a 6 in black hair was hanging out of my mouth. I almost threw up.Called them back to make them aware and she told me to bring the hair back in as proof. Say what! I spit that out into the sand as fast as I could. Terrible service horrible people skills from nasty Asian woman."

"Boston market is extremely unorganized and incompetent. We placed a holiday order online this Thanksgiving and when we arrived in the store, they still did not maintain our order and it was not paid. When they finally found it, they said it was not even paid EVEN, although we showed them that it had already been through our bank process. My husband had to pay AGAIN over another card. When we called the catering line to ask if they have taken our order since the store had it, the costumer interrupted me rudely and said it was. When I checked my bank account, the customer service calculated my bank ANOTHER time. That is why we were accused three times for the same order. After I embarrassed my husband in the long line saying that it was not paid, they finally gave us the order. Now it has been almost 2 weeks, I have submitted 3 complaints with catering to my money for the 2 additional costs (corresponding to $216 by the way) and I have not yet received any refund. Not to mention the company number they gave me has no actual representative to answer. PLEASE has repaired this Boston market. That's ridiculous. Inflation is bad and now I lost over $200 that I need back."

"Set an online order and when I arrived the doors were locked. It was well past their posted opening hours. The door says they open at 11 a.m. after 12 a.m. Numerous other people came and the same deal. The kicker? There was an employee in a simple view who stared the window at all the events and just stood there. So let's get this straight. This company pays their employees to keep the doors locked and are there fluctuating their thumbs all day? There's something wrong. And if they do not go to open the store, at least have the power to close the online order so that people do not pay for something they do? ll never receive! I'm absolutely disgusting and still waiting for a refund. It has tried not to answer customer service. Management has to do something because it's at fraud levels."

"The chicken portion was small..about 3 ounces total of dark meat was there after you remove the skin but it was very juicy and flavorful..the sides were higher in calories and filled you up. Place is clean and they clean up really well. Peach cobbler was kind of steep in price overall a pleasant experience. I would eat there again."

"Ordered online @ActiveMenus.com. Only issue on that end was the beverage options were not accurate for what they had available in store. The employee at the counter was great, helpful, and great at multitasking. Food was great with the only 2 little issues being the veggies were a little more 'al dente ' than we would have preferred, and we didn 't received sides of gravy we thought we 'd get, but perhaps they were out. Overall good and we will go there again."
