"I placed a pickup order for a pizza to be ready for 6:15 PM, this was roughly at 4:30 PM upon which I placed the online order, and I get a message on my phone at about 5:20 PM telling me that my order was ready to be picked up nearly an hour before the time I would be there. Hoping that I had just misunderstood and giving them the benefit of the doubt, upon arrival at 6:15 PM, I ask the employee working the register if I had misunderstood and she assured me that the text was referring to them receiving the order which doesn't make sense considering I placed the order nearly an hour before that. When I got home, it was clear the pizza had been sitting there for some time, it wasn't even warm, and the crust had hardened. I'm most upset that she blatantly lied to me and basically pushed me out the door with my cold pizza even with me being very understanding, polite, and trying not to jump to conclusions. I hope no one else has such a sorry experience here."
