"Zombie used to be great. But the mall mgr just doesn’t care anymore. No greeting, long wait to order although nobody else waiting, staff in complete misery, cold burger, cheese didn’t even melt at all, screwed up order, mgr rude. They close early or don’t open at all. It’s reminiscent of the Wendy’s that preceded Zombie at this location and went out of business. You can’t make it on travelers alone, once you lose locals, your dead in the water."
