"Riscky’s steakhouse was the perfect place to kick off the new year. My group didn’t have reservations but were able to be seated within a short wait. I recommend the “Texas Twosome” it has everything you need. The steak melts in your mouth and the pecan carrots are amazing. Our waiter Phil was outstanding, gave us excellent service, and helped cure a group members heartburn."

"I came in for dinner at 6:45 so most of the tables were empty. The hostess was very nice and we got a table and menus right away. I ordered the chicken Parmesan which came with a side of spaghetti. The chicken had good flavor but was over cooked to my taste. The spaghetti may have been a gluten free brand but it had a very grainy consistency. Not terrible but different enough to be displeasing. I ordered the terramisu, which would have been very good if they had sent added so much cocoa powder. Too bad because it was otherwise very tasty."

"I want to start off with our waiter, Claudia B. She is the MAIN reason I am giving Orsetto a ONE STAR. If I could give this place a zero I would because of her. Let me tell you why. They brought out our appetizer and we were still deciding on what we wanted for the main course. She comes by and ask if we need more time and we said yes we do need another minute. Right after answering she reaches across the table and closes our menus and said “we don’t have time to change these out tonight”… she acted as if we were eating over it. Which we were NOT we had the menu next to our small plates that we were using to eat our appetizer. She could’ve asked or approached it differently. How do you even do that after we tell you to give us another minute since we are still deciding? Makes no sense to me but she set a negative tone and just seemed displeased to be working there. At the end, after finishing our meal she is standing behind me but slightly to my left and she reaches in front of me to grab my clean utensils and reached across the table to get my dates utensils too. She couldn’t just walk over there or say excuse me as I grab your utensils? VERY poor service, and I am so displeased. Not a great way to celebrate a birthday honestly a disappointment and I wish I would’ve just gone somewhere else. *Food was okay pasta could’ve been cooked longer."

"Luciano's is still our go to place for consistently good food. Service was not up to typical standards as it was obvious our waiter had too many tables to tend to. One couple ordered salad and a 2nd glass of wine whgich never came. Overall a very nice evening."

"We had a reservation, and showed up on time. 3 people. Got seated right away but then waited over 25 minutes at the table with no service. In that time, a middle-aged lady (not our waitress came by to offer us a wine tasting which was dry and tasty, but we had no water on the table and were all super thirsty. The wine taster lady made a snarky remark about our waitress (in front of us.. weird? , who was obviously overwhelmed and was the ONLY server in sight in the whole restaurant. The lady then walked to the bar (about 5-6 feet from us where we listened to her chat with another employee (or owner? , ignoring us. Our waitress came by and apologized multiple times, both women at the bar watched her drowning. We stood up and left the restaurant in front of the two women at the bar and they didn't care. On the way out, our waitress THANKED US for leaving. I felt sorry for her. This is our 4th time there, and the service has only gone down hill. For $15-30 a plate, I expect more. We won't be returning."
