"We booked our reservation for a party of 4 through Open Table, when we arrived at the restaurant they only had a reservation for 2. The man (one of the chefs) at the desk was very flustered even though we showed him our cell phone reservation, he walked around and came back still not knowing what to do. We saw a table in the lounge and asked the girl if we could sit there she said it it would be Ok. That man never came over and thanked us for finding out own table!!! A cocktail or even complementary desert would have been nice or he never even came over to the table to thank us for bailing him out. Poor quality of Management!!"
