"It was our first time there and it was happened to be at the time of the festival, but everybody worked together smoothly. Food was good service was great. Beer was nice and cold. "We all enjoyed our dinner there very much! My chicken cheese Steak was one of the best I ever had. My husband had the chicken Caesar wrap and my son liked his penne vodka. Service was also very good. We will definitely come back!"

"First time at Kelsey's after being recommended by a friend. Don't let the exterior fool you it's half restaurant and half bar. We were seated in the bar area and it was super warm (temperature. I'm always cold and I was comfortable but my guest was sweating. We ordered wings and a side of fries. Everything came out cooked well. I got the red garlic which I assumed would be a tomato based sauce but it was more like a thick vinaigrette with garlic. It was good but not what I expected. The up charged celery was four very small pieces, I'd recommend skipping it. Service was good and the fellow diners were par for the course in NEPA. I would go back for the wings again. Parking: Very small, cramped lot. Some overflow parking across the street. Almost got hit by a car crossing to the restaurant because driver wasn't paying attention in the dark."
