"Considering that I was extremely polite the entire time, this place treated me horribly. First, a guy sat me very nonchalantly, as well as many other patrons there. Me, as well as two tables surrounding me waited upward of 15-20 minutes. We finally some service, which was a very unpleasant experience. I had gone to change my baby but there was a girl who had locked herself in the bathroom screaming at someone. I had asked if there was somewhere else I could change my baby and they said “the floor?” After waiting for another 30ish minutes after this incident (still no food), I went to check the bathrooms again and she was still there. I was so frustrated at this point. My food came after another ten minutes, and every single bit of it was wrong. I had to ask for a high chair three times. Plastic silverware. My omelet wasn’t the one I ordered. I got pancakes when I asked for hash browns. My kid got stuff that was borderline inedible. I went to check the bathroom again because I really needed to change my son and a girl was STILL IN THERE. At this point I changed him in a chair (sorry to all who had to witness) and then waited another exponentially long time for my check, which I never received. So if I’m being honest, I have up waiting and just went home with a screaming tired baby, sticky clothes from the unwashed table they sat me at, and a horrible outlook on the restaurant as a whole. It was quite discriminatory how every person of color got their food before me and when I asked they simply stated “well we know you’ll be nice”. Which wow! Just because I’m white and have manners does not mean I have to wait longer than everyone else there. People should all be treated the same."
