"Decent at best. That’s all really. It is very noisy- by design. Look up and you’ll see why. The ceiling is designed to carry the noise from the bar throughout the restaurant. And honestly I don’t care to listen to the bumpin music they’re playing at the bar when we’re at our booth 50+ feet away. It is also very dim. Extremely poor lighting, according to our waitress (who was very nice) this is also by design because other diners have made comment about this too and she said she’s mentioned it and the feedback she gets is “it creates the ambience.” Yeah okay…… “ambience.” The food is decent at best. Caesar salad was pretty good. But what is up with the streak being doused in butter? There was a pool of butter on my plate around my steak. Is the lighting dim in the kitchen too? Can the chefs not see what they’re doing? All in all, New York Prime is not any better than Morton’s or The Capital Grille. In fact, we probably should have gone to one of those two. There’s nothing New York about this restaurant at all. After returning home we decided to check out New York Prime’s website and read their menu story about how “New York Prime is a different kind of steakhouse.” If you ever want a laugh, read that. You’ll tear up, it’s hilarious. Proprietors seem very full of themselves! Anyway, we were very unimpressed, will definitely not be returning."

"This is the best Italian food you can find in South Florida! I was in Italy and the food is not better than here. We have ordered so many dishes here and each one of them is excellent. You really care about a high end. The parking lot is limited on the street, but the Valet is a nice option. Locals go from the beautiful neighborhoods nearby. Update: The last time we were, they tried to push us to turn the table. Some of our foods removed while we eat. Absolutely terrible service last time. 4 stars to lose because we usually get better service."

"Laura took me to her favorite restaurant tonight, La Villetta in Boca Raton. Despite living in South Florida for years, I had never been before. I was missing out! It was absolutely amazing. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Sal, the owner. He was incredibly hospitable and set the tone for the entire evening. We started off at the bar with April, a legendary bartender who can craft any drink you desire. The food was exceptional. Our server, Daniel, recommended some fantastic dishes. The fresh octopus as an appetizer was delicious. For our main course, we had the special Sausage and Pepper and linguine with white/red clam sauce (which they kindly split for us). If you love Italian food, this place is a must-visit. We ended the meal with pistachio ice cream in a chocolate shell, along with a homemade cannoli. Don't miss out on this special restaurant. "I'm sorry as I don't like to say anything negative about service. I am all too aware of how hard servers work, and our was probably around our age, therefore making me feel even more guilty. The food was fine, nothing phenomenal, but certainly nothing bad. The constant mistakes the server made (and I mean there were a lot) took their tool as the evening wore on. While she still received a respectable, standard tip, it was more out of respect for her as a fellow human, rather than acknowledging her doing her job well. This was our second time dining at the Boca Yardhouse and our last. Again, nothing particularly wrong with the experience... but for a moderately priced evening out, there are much better options out there."

"Very disappointed with the experience here especially after being so excited for our date night to try it out based on the great reviews. Our reservation was for We arrived and sat inside. We ordered our drinks and after receiving them started ordering appetizers, the waitress advised us to order our entree as well because the kitchen is closing, the restaurant closes at Online has the closing at but we assumed they would at least let us eat enjoy the food and drinks without excessive rushing. Wrong! The patrons that were still there were given their checks to pay and clean up was in full swing, even cleaning our table picking up straw wrapper extra plates as we drank. When our meals arrived, not even minutes later someone came over to ask if we’d like togo boxes. The waitress was watching our table on and off so we felt super rushed and the whole date vibe was just killed. My boyfriend lost his appetite and as soon as our waitress returned from sweeping the outside area we requested the check and the togo boxes. We ended up over in the Mizner Park area and finished our night with drinks and a snack at the bar inside Yard House, which totally redeemed that crappy experience. What makes it even worse is that the food was delicious at Lemongrass drinks not so much. But now we’re totally turned off to return a second time. Instead of having reservations available on Opentable they should close the window earlier and definitely update hours of operation. Also, when we checked in at the front with the hostess we should have been told they’re closing at so we could make the decision to eat elsewhere"

"I really want to be as attentive and thorough with this review as possible. We've been looking forward to trying Prezzo for some time. We admired this plaza on many weekends that the Spanish guitarist plays outside. We hired a babysitter and made it a point to come specifically to dine in Prezzo. On arrival at the time for our reservation 7:15 a.m. to 11/26 (Saturday) we went to a very loud and indeed quite terrible (high school) sounding band playing very loud and out of tune music outside. The Spanish guitarist must have been free for the weekend. Apparently during the night the guests asked the band to turn the music.. I knew that because the band always said. Sorry guys we play as low as we can go?. the drummer was pouncing on drums. not the best choice at dinner. My wife and I have made the wise choice to feed inside. What we didn't hope, but we were there.. We actually noticed many empty tables outside.. We sat in a very unromantic table right behind the Hostess stand that stood against the server cleaning station where they held table bags, spray etc. David P. Who was our server was friendly, took our drink order, I ordered a diet coke, everything I drink... He quickly brought the drink. I took a sip. When David came back, I said I had to give this drink back because I ordered a diet coke and you gave me Pepsi. His answer was ?oh I can usually get away from it?. Why draw this with the customer? Be ahead, communicate that you serve Pepsi products. Don?t play a game and disregard the customer order. so after I sent it back, I ordered a ginger-ale, the mostly glittering water with little to no syrup, but I was beyond the care of the drink at this place. On the back of my head I felt that David might have messed with me at this point. We ordered a few bites for the table. Caprese Stack my wife enjoyed. The pear and Nuss Nuss Pasta app was drown in the sauce and maybe 1.5 slices of pear in it. We don't care. My strawberry salad would have been better if they wouldn't drown the salad in so much dressing. It was hard to eat. We ordered a Margarita pizza for 18 dollars and I must say that this was undoubtedly one of the worst and most dry pizzas I had in a long time. I have to say that I almost felt torn off. David fired the food immediately and I did not kidnap you, within 7 minutes of the order, everything was at our table. Almost felt like the whole food came so fast. We were from the restaurant in 25 minutes. It wasn't a night out. You literally robbed me a romantic night I rarely get with my wife. I feel so light with our experience. I didn't expect that. Very disappointed. I didn't want to send anything back because I didn't want to ruin a night. I just wanted to finish in peace and out. We came home within 45 minutes"

"I booked the 3:30 reservation and drove 36 miles to the place just to find out that they were closed. They're opening up on Sunday at 5:00. Apparently, they neglected to update their information about Opentable because another guest had the same situation. I am very pleased to entertain my guest and try their place.
