"Never in a million years would I find the best beyond burger in borrego springs, but carlee has nailed it. they actually know what it means to be a vegan, what I found interesting, because the city itself is not exactly vegetarian / vegan friendly. at least I know where I can eat when I come here to visit what is several times a year. I hope other restaurants understand that limited veg menus eliminate a large segment of the population."

"The food was there for the first time, the food didn't take too long. Really wonderful staff, indoor and outdoor seats available. You charge a 35 cent surcharge for card use. My friend and I had the carne asada fries and the chicken breast with Chipotle (spicier as the average fast food chipotle!!! We also ordered a Sangria Señorial, a Sprit and an orange Fanta. Overall (with card fee was about $23. Also ordered a super chicken burrito with rice, beans, salad, tomatoes, guacamole, sour cream and cilantro. You also have Wifi here."

"Kesling has our company Christmas party last weekend and the food was fantastic! Our menu includes Enten Taco appetizers, grilled Tri-Tip, Mac cheese, Coleslaw, grilled pineapples, cornbread and raspberry cheesecake. We stuffed ourselves stupid and enjoyed every last bite. "Bed short ribs were solid. Delicious gourmet dining place in a desert oasis, perhaps not worth the trip on your own, but solid for resort food and surely the best fine food in a 40-mile radius. Meals were classic standards with table service that tries to please vs tries your patience. The Cambozola Cheese Plate does not gain novelty points from the Instagram crowd, but we finished it and would do it again. Minestrone was served warm (w sausages? no pasta) was pleasant, but the hot rolls w butter were a bigger hit on our table. Metloaf, beef short ribs, mushroom risotto, and filled mussel pasta were served and had no complaints and came with beautiful presentations. The prices were very reasonable."

"Unfortunately the staff was nice the location is good and there is live music. But man the wait for the food.Lasagna seems like it was made two hours ago so it was like want when it came out and the cheese was hard so you knew it was old. Salad came with no dressings.I got my food and it took over 40 mins for my husbands pizza to come out as we watched two other tables come after us get their food.I can’t imagine how they handle peak season with a full restaurant."
