"We had our daughter's christening party there and were extremely disappointed! Since the baptism ceremony was very, very important to us, we are even more disappointed! From the first conversation to the celebration, no one really made an effort to show that we were welcome as party guests in the Golden Head Restaurant. During the initial meeting, the key details were recorded, our questions were answered in a somewhat annoyed manner and in the end we couldn't even taste the wines we had chosen for the celebration. When discussing the process, we weren't even offered coffee and syrup. We had to decorate ourselves on the day of the baptism and there wasn't even anyone there to help us with any questions. Although we had chosen everything from the aperitif to the main course and had reserved a room for our guests, everything seemed to have been handled and not enough. They even wanted to charge us more for the room than what was listed on the homepage. When we went over with the bill to correct it, they couldn't even apologize for it. We didn't hear a thank you for celebrating with us, nor a goodbye. It's just such a sad thing. And to mention, we didn't pay much for 25 adults and 12 children!! We were only satisfied with the service at the festival. The rest were unfriendly and the prices were horrendous! Would never celebrate or eat there again."
